Black Streamer Garland with Gold Tinsel

This streamer garland is a fun way to add a BIG pop of color to your party! Comes fully assembled and ready to hang with extra string on each side. You just need to unroll, tie a loop with the string on each side and hang! I recommend using reusable Command hooks to secure or thumbtacks.
