Beautiful 20" Japanese Bobo Balloon is customized with your graduate's name. Choose your 12" filler balloon color and vinyl decal color. Small bundle balloons and tassels will be in a graduation color scheme matching your 12" filler balloon. Balloons are air inflated and ready for pick up only in Kichijoji, Tokyo. Sorry, this balloon is not able to ship flat. Once ordered, Candace will contact you to arrange pick up.
