Hanging your streamer set is simple and will take only a few minutes! First, hang the white string on your wall. Then, drape the solid color streamers over the string. You can place them randomly for the look in the photo or color block them by placing similar colors beside each other. Then, drape the two polka dot streamers and two sequin streamers on top. Last, blow up your 6 balloons and tie three to each end of your streamer garland.
